Tribe of Successful Woman

“Tribe of Successful Woman”      Women's empowerment refers to the scenario in which women are given the chance to actively engage in all aspects of life, including social, political, and economic ones. Creating an enabling climate in which women are allowed to execute government programs and organizational policies that touch their lives is what empowerment entails. Women's empowerment refers to the process through which women go from being oppressed to being equal in social, political, and economic terms with their oppressor.      In our society, women are frequently seen as inferior to males, which is unjust. All women should be treated equally since they are so beneficial to our community. We've all been touched by COVID-19 since it struck, men and women alike. Women were affected in a different way, as they lost opportunities to grow in their occupations. Since ancient times, women have had fewer opportunities and options to develop their ab...

Let Us Renew Our Faith

Imahe
“Let Us Renew Our Faith”        Lent, also known as the Lenten season or Great Lent, is a 40-day period of contemplation on Jesus' fasting and temptation in the desert. The liturgical season of Lent is a forty-day period of fasting and prayer before Easter, but is this still the case in today's society, or has it changed? Lent is the ecclesiastical year season that follows the Epiphany Season. Lent, or Kwaresma in Filipino, is a season in which Filipinos commemorate God's love poured out through Jesus Christ on the cross in his death, as well as his conquest over death, sin, and Satan in Christ's death and resurrection, which offers eternal life to you. In the Philippines, it is known as Mahal na Araw or Semana Santa. This season has a penitential and sad feel about it. This is to remind us to be repentant and to remind us of our sin and mortality.      The Lenten season begins immediately after the Epiphany feast. Lent is a liturgical season ...

"Ylocos Culture"  As we enter February, we are met by a slew of events in Ilocos Sur, most notably Kannawidan. This celebration features cultural performances, religious rites, and cookery demonstrations presenting the best of Ilocano cuisine. It is a month-long festival that takes place from the final week of January to the first week of February. Kannawidan is usually celebrated in February, and it is very important to the Biguenos and the rest of Ilocos Sur. The Kannawidan Ilocos Event is a festival in Ilocos Sur that commemorates the split of the two Ilocos provinces in 1818. This concept exemplifies the debate over how to define community as a stable structure with components and a mechanism.     The current COVI...

The Content Of What I've Learned During This Quarter

The Content Of What I've Learned During This Quarter    I finished one quarter and began a new one. I learnt a lot during this quarter's discoveries and learning, and I became adept at each of the many methods of communication during this quarter. The second quarter of ICT taught me a lot that I can apply in the future, and completing these entertaining activities while studying was a lot of fun. Despite how difficult and time-consuming it was as a student, I believe ICT was really beneficial to me. During this quarter, I was able to apply what I'd learned to new forms of communication. Given how much I had studied and grown, I learnt a lot about things I had no idea existed before, and the stress I was experiencing was perfectly warranted given how much I had studied and grown.    This quarter, we learned how to code in HTML. Creating webpages, in comparison to film, sound, or photography, is an entirely new kind of communication for me. Websites serve as...
