Tribe of Successful Woman

“Tribe of Successful Woman”

Women's empowerment refers to the scenario in which women are given the chance to actively engage in all aspects of life, including social, political, and economic ones. Creating an enabling climate in which women are allowed to execute government programs and organizational policies that touch their lives is what empowerment entails. Women's empowerment refers to the process through which women go from being oppressed to being equal in social, political, and economic terms with their oppressor.

In our society, women are frequently seen as inferior to males, which is unjust. All women should be treated equally since they are so beneficial to our community. We've all been touched by COVID-19 since it struck, men and women alike. Women were affected in a different way, as they lost opportunities to grow in their occupations. Since ancient times, women have had fewer opportunities and options to develop their abilities and expertise. Women's yearning for equality arose in ancient times as a result of gender inequity and male dominance across the globe. They were abused by male members of the family and society for various forms of violence and discrimination. The revolution for women's emancipation began there.

Women are critical to long-term growth and family quality of life. In the family, they simultaneously play the roles of mother, wife, partner, organizer, administrator, re-creator, disburser, economist, mother, disciplinarian, teacher, health officer, artist, and queen. As a result, they should serve as social leaders, speaking out against women's assault, exploitation in the home and at work, dowry prohibition, superstition, and other social injustices.

Women have an important role in a variety of industries in the increasingly complicated social landscape. They are no longer only harbingers of peace, but are emerging as a source of strength and a symbol of development. Women should be treated better by having the same legal rights as men and being allowed to work in the same jobs as men, mostly because we are all human beings who deserve equal treatment. Women must be given equal chances in all fields, regardless of gender. It is the right of women to be liberated.
